This osteotome is very well suited for internal sinus lifting in the anterior region as it has a graduation for orientation in the bone and is manufactured in a straight shape. The scale is graduated in 2 mm steps between 8 and 18 mm. With its 5.0 mm diameter thickness, it is the largest osteotome in this series. The tip is convex.
